Return & Refund Policy

■ Regarding Returns/Exchanges Due to Defective Items or Incorrect Deliveries In the unlikely event that a delivered item is defective, or that an item different from your order is delivered, please contact us at marianna.dollfit@gmail.com or via "CONTACT" on the site within 7 days of the item's arrival (including the day of arrival). We will accept an exchange for the item in question. In this case, the shipping costs for the return and reshipment will be borne by our store.

* In the unlikely event that there is no exchange stock available (the same color and size), we will handle the matter as a return (refund).

<Cases where exchanges/returns cannot be accepted> In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the item is defective, so please understand this in advance. ・When the item's tag (hang tag) has been removed or lost ・Minor issues such as sewing irregularities that do not affect the wearing or use of the item ・When more than 7 days have passed since the item's arrival ・Items that have become soiled or damaged while in the customer's possession ・Items soiled through trying them on, etc., or to which odors (tobacco, perfume, etc.) have become attached ・Items that have been washed, repaired, cleaned, etc. ・Sale items and items purchased using a coupon

■ Regarding Returns/Exchanges Due to Customer Circumstances We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer circumstances, such as "it looked different from the image," "the size doesn't fit," or "I made a mistake with my order." When placing an order, please carefully review the size guide and product details beforehand before making your purchase.

■ Regarding Returns Due to Prolonged Absence or Incomplete Address If an item is returned to our store because it could not be received within the shipping carrier's storage period, the shipping cost for reshipment will be borne by the customer. Likewise, please note that in the case of a return or forwarding due to an error in the delivery address, the costs will be borne by the customer.

■ Regarding Refunds (only in eligible cases) Once your return has been received and the condition of the item has been checked, we will process the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.
