Do you have a size guide?

Detailed size information for each item is provided on its respective product page. We highly recommend checking the measurements before making your purchase.

While many of our items feature a comfortable, stretchy fabric, please note that all products are currently available in ONE SIZE only.

The fit is especially recommended for those who typically wear sizes XS to S.

Regarding the color of the product images and the actual product

Product Images
While we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible, there may be slight differences in color between the actual product and the images shown. This can be due to your monitor settings, display quality, or the lighting conditions during photography. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations, Returns, and Order Changes

We do not accept any cancellations, returns, exchanges, or changes to item quantities due to customer preferences once an order has been confirmed. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Combining multiple orders for shipment

Due to system processing limitations, we are unable to combine multiple separate orders into a single shipment. Each order will be shipped individually, and shipping fees will be applied to each transaction. Thank you for your understanding.

[When purchasing regular and pre-order items together]
If you purchase regular and pre-order items together in the same cart (a single transaction), all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive the regular items first, please place separate orders.

Please note that we cannot combine separate orders (orders with different order numbers) into a single shipment after the purchase is completed. In such cases, they will be shipped separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.

About Shipping Fees (Within Japan)

Shipping Fees (Japan Domestic)

Standard Domestic Shipping: 800 yen (tax included)

Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Remote Islands: 1,200 yen (tax included)

Domestic Mail Service (Small Items Only): Flat rate 300 yen (tax included)

・This rate applies automatically when purchasing small items only (e.g., scarves, stickers). This flat rate includes Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

・Please note that standard shipping rates (courier service) will automatically apply if the quantity of small items exceeds the size limit for mail service, or if they are purchased together with standard items (e.g., apparel).

■ Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to a single order shipped within Japan with a total product value of 30,000 yen (tax included) or more.

(Note: Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the specific contents of your order.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we accept international orders. We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 5,000 yen.

・Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders with a total product value of 30,000 yen or more.

  • All items are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking and insurance for fast and secure delivery.
  • Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery time

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation (please note that shipping operations are closed on weekends and holidays).

  • Domestic Shipping (Japan): Usually arrives in 1–2 days after dispatch. (Estimated total time from order to delivery: approx. 3–5 business days)
  • International Shipping: Shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) and arrives in the destination country in approx. 2–5 days. (Estimated total time from order to delivery: approx. 5–8 business days)

Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual due to local customs clearance delays or weather conditions.

What should I do if the product I received is defective or not what I ordered?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via "Inquiries" within 7 days of delivery (including the date of arrival). We will gladly arrange for a replacement.
In such cases, we will cover all return and re-shipping fees.

If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for a replacement. If it is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for different products.

[Cases Where Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted]
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, even if the item is defective:

  • The product tags have been removed or lost.
  • Minor imperfections (such as minor stitching irregularities) that do not affect the wearability or use of the product.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered.
  • The product has been soiled or damaged while in the customer's possession.
  • The product has stains or odors (e.g., cigarettes, perfume) from trying it on.
  • The product has been washed, repaired, or dry-cleaned.

What happens if my order is returned due to long-term absence?

If your package is returned to us because it was not picked up within the courier's storage period, you will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping. We will arrange for the re-shipment once we have confirmed your payment for the re-shipping fee.

  • Please note that the same policy applies if a package is returned or redirected due to an incorrect shipping address.
  • We kindly ask that you make sure to receive your items within the required storage period.
