Please note in advance that we generally do not accept requests to
combine shipping fees across multiple orders.
Shipping Fee
Within Japan: Flat rate of 800 yen nationwide
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 1,200 yen
Overseas: Flat rate of 5,000 yen for eligible countries
* Free shipping on purchases of 30,000 yen or more
Additional Charges (other than the product price)
In addition to the sales price, shipping fees and transfer fees may apply.
* Any other transfer fees, etc. incurred at the time of payment shall be borne by the customer.
* Any customs duties, etc. incurred on overseas shipments shall be borne entirely by the customer (the recipient).
Delivery Period
For items in stock, we will generally ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Pre-order items: These will be shipped in accordance with the "estimated shipping period" stated on the product page.
* If you order regular items and pre-order items at the same time, all items will be shipped together once everything is ready. If you would like them shipped separately, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please split your cart and place separate orders (a shipping fee will apply to each).

Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Circumstances
We do not accept order cancellations, product returns or exchanges, or changes in quantity due to customer circumstances under any circumstances. When placing an order, please carefully review the size guide and product details beforehand before making your purchase.
In the unlikely event that a delivered item is defective, or that an item different from your order is delivered, we will accept an exchange for a non-defective item only if you contact us via the "CONTACT" page within 7 days of the item's arrival (including the day of arrival). In this case, the shipping costs for the return and reshipment will be borne by our store. * If there is no stock available for an exchange, we will handle the matter as a return (refund).
<Cases where returns/exchanges cannot be accepted even for defective items or incorrect deliveries>
・Minor sewing irregularities, etc. that do not affect the wearing or use of the item
・When the item's hang tag has been detached or lost
・Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
・Items that have become soiled or damaged while in the customer's possession
・Items soiled by the customer through trying them on, etc., or to which odors such as tobacco or perfume have become attached
・Items that have been washed, repaired, cleaned, etc. after delivery
・Sale items and items purchased using a coupon
Regarding Returns Due to Prolonged Absence or Incomplete Address
If an item is returned to our store because it could not be received within the shipping carrier's storage period, the shipping cost for reshipment will be borne by the customer. Likewise, in the case of a return or forwarding due to an error in the delivery address, the costs will be borne by the customer. Please be sure to collect delivered items within the storage period.
